The first Progress meeting of SO-FREE “Solid oxide fuel cell combined heat and power: Future-ready Energy” project took place online on 16 September 2021. During the meeting, the partners presented the progress of the work carried out in each Work Package since the beginning of the project. In particular, the partner organizations discussed crucial topics such as the System-ready stacks, the definition of system requirements, pre-certification, demonstration and economic assessment of the system. Moreover, the project coordinator summed up the main management points and the activities to be performed in order to maximize the influence of the project, promote the dissemination of the results and assure market uptake of SO-FREE technology. Among these, the participation in scientific events and conferences and scientific papers publishing.
Finally, the Consortium agreed on the period in which the next progress meeting will take place, hopefully in presence, which is March 2022.
